RULES AND REGULATION

DROP AND PICKUP STUDENTS

  • Students should arrive 5 minutes before class; not earlier and not later.

  • Parents will not be allowed to sit inside the dance rooms during class , take photos, or disrupt the class in any way. Since children are easily distracted, we keep the door closed so they can pay attention to the teacher.

  • Please come a few minutes before class ends, so that you can pick students up promptly on time. Students who are picked up late disrupt the following class

UNIFORM AND DECORUM

We at BFDS believe in imparting discipline among students by encouraging them to wear the right dance attire.

 

  • Students must adhere to the specific uniform code for whichever dance form they are training for.

  • Girls must tie their hair in a neat bun. Wearing any jewellery or accessories during the class is not allowed.

 

ACCIDENTAL INJURIES
Since students are involved in a lot of physical activity during their class they are prone to suffer from accidental injuries, especially while they’re not under supervision. Students must therefore not attempt challenging movements in the absence and without the guidance of a teacher in the class.

  • Further, BFDS shall not be liable for any medical or any other expenses incurred by the student and / or his parent, guardian, relative or friend, for the injury or damage caused.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

BFDS reserves the copyright for all photographs and videos clicked by BFDS faculty during classes, rehearsals, photoshoots video shoots and shows. By acceptance of these terms, you willingly give in your consent to BFDS for usage of your pictures on BFDS’s social media platforms or print platforms whenever needed, under the name of BEATS & FUSION DANCE STUDIO. However, BFDS holds the responsibility of taking prior permission before any such usage and display of pictures.

FOOD, DRINK AND TOYS

  • Absolutely no food or drink (except water in a closed bottle) will be allowed inside dance class. This rule pertains to students and parents. No gum chewing. Snacks and drinks in designated areas only.

 

  • Students are not allowed to bring toys to studio as it is a distraction to learning and often results in lost or broken toys.


PRIVACY POLICY

 

The privacy of your personal information is very important to Beats & Fusion Dance Studio. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. Special care will be taken to protect the privacy and security of your information. This policy explains our information practices and the way that Beats & Fusion Dance Studio collects and uses your information. This Privacy Policy covers the information you provide to us offline and at the Beats & Fusion Dance Studio website.

You can visit our Website and find out about Beats & Fusion Dance Studio products and services without giving us any personally identifying information about you. When you visit our Website, we do not collect any personally identifiable information without your consent. We collect and store information from you that you voluntarily choose to give us or enter on our website. When you register for classes at Beats & Fusion Dance Studio, we collect contact information such as parent/guardian names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail address and student information such as names, birthdays, grade, etc. This information is needed to manage studio business and will not be used or sold for any other purpose, except as described below.

 

Beats & Fusion Dance Studio will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes:

-as needed for studio business

-if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process

-to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.

 

Special Note Regarding Website Use By Children - The Web Site is neither directed to nor designed for use by children – i.e., anyone under eighteen years old

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

 

ABSENTEEISM CONSEQUENCES

Students are not expected to miss classes errantly. In case of unavoidable circumstances, if a student misses a session, he/she will be marked as absent for that class and no compensation will be provided for the same.

A student attending classes in a batch will under no circumstances be allowed to attend classes from another batch to compensate the missed session or to cover up the session he/she is going to miss.

HOLIDAYS, CANCELLATION AND COMPENSATION

In case BFDS faculty cancels a class, then a cover up will be provided for the missed session within 4 weeks of cancellation. The studio shall remain closed on Friday and National Holidays of India and no classes will be covered up for the same.

​

 

FEE STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT

  • Fees once paid are not refundable/ non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Students are requested to pay full fees before taking admission to any class.

  • 18% GST applicable on fees

  • Kindly collect your bill after the payment

  • All class packages based on Number of classes 8, 12, 16

  • Demo class: 200/-

  • Open one class: 300/-
